Customer Information Notice

Under the New Act on Vacation Rental law, it is obligated to keep the guest list, so you will be asked to send your name, address, occupation, contact phone number (Phone number can reach while in Japan), and identification for all guests (If you have a resident card in Japan, take a picture of your driver's license or health insurance card. Passport photo and notification of nationality if you have foreign nationality or no resident card in Japan) by e-mail. For details, we will guide you after the reservation is completed.

We will send the house manual and the key guide to you, so please read them in advance.

Self-check-in on the day of stay

You will go directly to the accommodation.
There is no person in charge at the accommodation. Please check in by yourself according to the instructions in the house manual and the key guide.
